Abstract: An exercise apparatus has several selectably activatable target objects arranged to register hits by a movable playing object. The target objects are arranged on a wall and are connected to a control unit. The control unit is arranged to activate the selected target object and an indicator which is arranged to identify the activated target object and is connected to and arranged at the target object, for a period determined by the control unit. The indicator is arranged above the target object. A method of training the playing skills of a team player is provided by using the exercise apparatus.

Abstract: A detachable carrying-handle arrangement is for a building component, especially a window or a door including a frame which is to be fixed in a supporting structure surrounding an opening in a building structure. The carrying-handle arrangement includes a grip portion connected to a plate-shaped attachment portion which is provided with at least two cut-outs which is arranged to lockingly engage with a fixing bolt.

Abstract: A fixing device is for temporarily holding a panel board fixed at an edge portion of the panel surface of a building structure, in which, extending from a first end portion, there are first and second fingers separated by a gap with a gap width at least as large as the thickness of the panel hoard and with a length exceeding the width of the panel board, there being a handle extending from the first end portion in the direction of a gap mouth.

Abstract: A method in or relating to piling of e.g. tubular bases which are placed and, possibly, casted within a hole drilled out in earth mass in ground or the like is described. One uses a generally known drilling rig, in which a bit is assigned a drilling hammer, and drills a hold having a depth approximately corresponding to the base pipe. If there exists a need for piling, the drill string is swung aside, away from the hole, after having been pulled up, and one or, possibly, a plurality of piles is/are rammed down with a starting point at the bottom level of the bore hole. In order to drive the pile(s) down, the drilling hammer of the drilling rig is used.
