A handle is removably attached to the base and has a seal and plug removal wrench fixedly attached near one end thereof. A second plug removal wrench is fixedly attached near the opposite end of the handle. A tilting lever is fixedly secured to the handle, whereby a portion of the material container is raised with the tilting lever, and the base is positioned underneath the material container.
