Abstract: A necklace misting fan includes a housing, a water reservoir, spray pump system, power supply, fan, and motor within the housing, an air inlet on a front side of the housing, and an air outlet on a top side of the housing. A fan power switch and a spray pump actuator are mounted to the housing. A spray nozzle on the top side of the housing horizontally spaced from the air outlet, is adapted and configured to emit a water spray generally vertically upward and obliquely to a generally vertical upward discharge air stream from the air outlet, when the spray pump actuator is actuated.
