  • Publication number: 20250063439
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some wireless communications systems may support inter-frequency measurement techniques. A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message indicating respective measurement configurations for multiple measurement objects. The UE may perform a measurement of a first measurement object from the plurality of measurement objects and transmit a first measurement report for the first measurement object in accordance with a measurement order. In other examples, the UE may perform measurements of each of the multiple measurement objects, including the first measurement object, prior to transmitting the measurement report, where respective measurement reports may be transmitted in accordance with the measurement order. In any case, the measurement order may be determined using a set of parameters corresponding to a current state of the UE, one or more services at the UE, a user preference, or any combination thereof.

  • Publication number: 20250063481
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A UE may establish a wireless communication link with a base station in accordance with a radio access technology (RAT), and an internet connection with the base station. The UE may identify a lack of support by a network that includes the base station for a type of voice calls associated with the RAT. The UE may transmit a discovery query for a gateway to a core network, and the UE may establish a connection with the gateway via the internet connection. The UE may initiate a voice call via a call path from the UE to the core network, where the call path may include the wireless communications link with the base station in accordance with the RAT and also may include the internet connection with the gateway.

  • Patent number: 12220270
Abstract: A self-shielded and computer controlled system for performing non-invasive stereotactic radiosurgery and precision radiotherapy using a linear accelerator mounted within a two degree-of-freedom radiation shield coupled to a three-degree of freedom patient table is provided. The radiation shield can include an axial shield rotatable about an axial axis and an oblique shield independently rotatable about an oblique axis, thereby providing improved range of trajectories of the therapeutic and diagnostic radiation beams. Such shields can be balanced about their respective axes of rotation and about a common support structure to facilitate ease of movement. Such systems can further include an imaging system to accurately deliver radiation to the treatment target and automatically make corrections needed to maintain the anatomical target at the system isocenter.

  • Publication number: 20250047355
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, an absolute threshold synchronization signal block (SSB) consolidation parameter. The TUE may determine whether a threshold value indicated in the absolute threshold SSB consolidation parameter satisfies a predefined value threshold. The UE may set a specific network deployment flag based at least in part on whether the threshold value satisfies the predefined value threshold. The UE may determine a cell measurement result based at least in part on the specific network deployment flag. The UE may perform a downlink beam selection and a beam switch evaluation based at least in part on the specific network deployment flag. Numerous other aspects are described.

  • Publication number: 20250031110
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may compare an external list of ping pong handovers or redirections that is maintained by an access point, and an internal list of ping pong handovers or redirections that is maintained by the UE. The UE may identify a ping pong detection criterion, for a handover or redirection between a first network node and a second network node, based, at least in part, on the external list, the internal list, both the external list and the internal list, or neither of the external list nor the internal list indicating a previous ping pong handover or redirection between the first network node and the second network node. Numerous other aspects are described.

  • Publication number: 20250031121
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a high speed train (HST) cell, a system information block (SIB) indicating an HST flag based at least in part on the UE camping on the HST cell. The UE may disconnect from the HST cell and camping on a non-HST cell based at least in part on a UE mobility in an HST railway. The UE may determine that disconnecting from the non-HST cell and camping on a new HST cell is to be prioritized over remaining on the non-HST cell, based at least in part on the UE being in the HST railway and based at least in part on a priority of HST cells being greater than a priority of non-HST cells. Numerous other aspects are described.

  • Publication number: 20250024309
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from an application processor associated with the UE, an indication of a traffic service type and whether an uplink data stall has occurred. The UE may detect that one or more threshold criteria are satisfied for a serving cell, wherein a threshold value associated with at least one of the one or more threshold criteria is based at least in part on the traffic service type. The UE may transmit information associated with one or more adjusted measurement values of the serving cell based at least in part on detecting that the one or more threshold criteria are satisfied. Numerous other aspects are described.

  • Patent number: 11119492
Abstract: An autonomous vehicle that automatically responds to an emergency service vehicle. Perception data is captured or received by the autonomous vehicle (AV) cameras, sensors, and microphones. The perception data is used to detect lanes in a road, generate a list of objects, classify one or more of the objects, and determine a state for the classified objects. In response to detecting an emergency service vehicle such as a law enforcement vehicle, a responsive action may be planned by the AV. The responsive action may include sending an acknowledgement signal, notifying passengers of the AV, generating a planned trajectory based on the emergency service vehicle location, an emergency service vehicle detected intention, and other information. A safety check may be performed, and commands may be generated by a control module to navigate the AV along the planned trajectory. The commands may then be executed by a DBW module.

  • Patent number: 7696551
Abstract: A composite hard mask is disclosed that enables sub-100 nm sized MTJ cells to be formed for advanced devices such as spin torque MRAMs. The hard mask has a lower non-magnetic metallic layer such as Ru to magnetically isolate an overlying middle metallic spacer such as MnPt from an underlying free layer. The middle metallic spacer provides a height margin during subsequent processing to avoid shorting between a bit line and the MTJ cell in the final device. An upper conductive layer may be made of Ta and is thin enough to allow a MTJ pattern in a thin overlying photoresist layer to be transferred through the Ta during a fluorocarbon etch without consuming all of the photoresist. The MTJ pattern is transferred through the remaining hard mask layers and underlying MTJ stack of layers with a second etch step using a C, H, and O etch gas composition.
