    Abstract: A system includes a gas turbine, an inlet bleed circuit, and a controller. The gas turbine includes a compressor and a turbine. The compressor is configured to produce pressurized air and bleed air. The turbine is configured to produce a first output. The inlet bleed circuit includes a turbo-expander configured to produce a second output from a non-zero first portion of the bleed air. The inlet bleed circuit is also configured to direct a part of the bleed air to an inlet of the compressor. The controller is configured to adjust the gas turbine and the inlet bleed circuit to control the second output of the turbo-expander.
