    Abstract: The present invention relates to humanised antibody molecules having specificity for ?-1,3 glucans and compositions comprising the same. The present invention also relates to the therapeutic uses of the antibody molecules, wherein said use is in the treatment or prophylaxis of fungal infections. It is further claimed a synergistic combination of a) at least one humanised antibody which has specificity for ?-1,3 glucans and b) one or more antifungal agents for use in the treatment or prophylaxis of infections of human cells.
