  • Publication number: 20230259082
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for verifying an application of a foamable material onto a carrier to manufacture an insulated member. The method includes: capturing (S1), by at least one image capturing device, in image data a surface of the carrier onto which the foamable material is applied, receiving (S2), by at least one data processing unit, input data including at least the captured image data and at least one application parameter associated therewith, and processing (S3), by the at least one data processing unit, the received input data by performing at least image analysis on the image data and by taking into account the at least one application parameter, and thereby determining an application quality of the applied foamable material.

  • Publication number: 20230228002
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for the production of polymer fibers from polymers dissolved in ionic liquids by means of an air gap spinning process, characterized in that a) a spinning solution that contains an ionic liquid and a dissolved polymer is produced; b) said spinning solution is guided through an extruder before it is divided into fibers via a die; and c) the obtained fibers are guided via an air gap through a coagulation bath.

  • Publication number: 20220009098
Abstract: Described herein is a system and method of manufacturing an insulated member (500). The method includes the steps of: providing, to a computing cloud (310), geometric data of at least a section of a raw part (501) having at least one application section to be applied with an insulation material (502), determining, using the computing cloud (310), a movement data for a relative movement between an manufacturing-site applicator (410), determining, using the computing cloud (310), an amount of the insulation material (502) for applying onto the application section, generating, using the computing cloud (310), a control data set at least comprising the movement data and the amount of insulation material (502), and providing the control data set to a manufacturing site control computer (420) site (400) that is remote to the computing cloud (310) and/or a planning site where the geometric data is generated.

  • Publication number: 20210322670
Abstract: A method includes receiving, by an infusion pump administration (IPA) device from a first data tag coupled to a fluid storage, a fluid delivery protocol. The fluid delivery protocol includes a fluid parameter associated with the delivery, from a fluid pump, of a fluid from the fluid storage to a patient. The method also includes receiving, by the IPA device from a second data tag coupled to a patient ID, a patient parameter associated with the patient. The method also includes comparing, by the IPA device, the fluid parameter to the patient parameter. The method further includes configuring, by the IPA device, the fluid pump with the fluid parameter and the patient parameter. Related methods and articles of manufacture, including apparatuses and computer program products, are also disclosed.
