Abstract: According to one embodiment, a robot device includes a robot and a station part. The robot is inserted into a gap between an outer peripheral surface of a first part of a first member and a second member surrounding the outer peripheral surface. The first member includes the first part and a second part. A step is formed between the first part and the second part. The station part includes an elevating mechanism. The elevating mechanism lowers the robot onto the outer peripheral surface of the first member on a lower stage side of the step, and raises the robot from the outer peripheral surface.

Abstract: A protection structure for a surge absorbing element for protecting equipment such as communications lines from surges caused by lightning or the like which makes use of a surge absorbing element in parallel with the equipment to be protected and a low melting point metal wire in direct contact with the element and in series therewith. The structure protects the surge absorbing element or assembly from continuous overvoltage or overcurrent which may be generated by a short-circuit of an alternating electric current source and the like.

Abstract: A demolition agent for brittle materials in the form of a powder mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of quicklime, 0.05 to 5 parts by weight of a carbonate and either or both of 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a hydroxy-carboxylic acid or its salt and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a fluidization agent. This demolition agent is used by admixing with water to obtain an aqueous slurry, pouring the slurry into a hole drilled in a brittle material and allowing it to stand to demolish the brittle material by means of expansive pressure from the slurry.
