  • Publication number: 20230188859
Abstract: An image capturing apparatus including the following elements is disclosed. An optical bandpass filter causes visible light and near-infrared light to selectively pass through. An image capturing element outputs a first signal indicating light intensity of the visible light and the near-infrared light and a second signal indicating light intensity of the near-infrared light. A subtractor outputs a third signal by subtracting the second signal from the first signal. A multiplier outputs a fourth signal at a signal level not more than the signal level of the second signal by multiplying the second signal by a control value. An adder outputs an image signal by adding the fourth signal to the third signal. A luminance matrix circuit outputs luminance information on the visible region of the image signal. A luminance level determination circuit supplies the multiplier with the control value corresponding to a luminance level of the visible region.

  • Publication number: 20190162928
Abstract: An imaging device includes a multifocal lens switchable between a plurality of types of angular fields, an angular field controller, an image sensor, a signal processor, and an image processor. The angular field controller receives angular field information indicating an angular field used for capturing an image, and controls the angular field of the multifocal lens based on the angular field information. The image sensor converts light passing through the multifocal lens into an electrical signal. The signal processor converts the electrical signal into an image signal. The image processor receives the angular field information and the image signal, performs predetermined image processing on the image signal based on a parameter which is predetermined in accordance with the angular field information, and externally outputs the image data obtained by the image processing.

  • Patent number: 5869890
Abstract: A Ceramic Bonding Copper (CBC) substrate used in semiconductor modules includes a ceramic plate having foil-shaped copper plates bonded to the ceramic plate by the direct copper bonding method. A circuit pattern is formed on one of the copper plates. The ceramic plate is fabricated by sintering at high temperature an alumina powder compact containing zirconia and one or more of the following additives: yttria, calcia, magnesia, and ceria. The flexural strength and the thermal conductivity of the alumnina ceramic plate of the invention are remarkably improved, facilitating a reduction in the thickness of the ceramic plate. The reduction in thickness of the CBC substrate further improves the ability of the semiconductor device to radiate heat and therefore increases the current carrying capability of the semiconductor device.
