Abstract: A handtool for close edge trimming of sheet material, of the pull-type for manual use and toward the user in a forward direction during the cutting action of the tool; including an acute angularly shaped flat base plate having therein near the forward point on opposite sides protruding there from parallel cutting edges; the cutting edges extend outwardly through slots in the bevel shaped angular guiding edges of the base plate, said slots formed by parallel recesses in the base plate and a removable closure plate covering the recesses; and an upwardly projecting handle fixedly secured the base plate and conveniently shaped to be grasped by the user's hand.
