Abstract: A manual toothbrush has a handle with a head at one end of the handle having first and second opposing sides, the handle and head made of a first polymeric material. Nylon bristles are fixed to and extend from a first side of the head. A U shaped auxiliary member is made of a second polymeric material that is more flexible than the first polymeric material. The auxiliary member is co-molded with the head and extends partially around a periphery of the head with a first side of the auxiliary member adjacent the first side of the head. The auxiliary member includes a U shaped tongue cleaner projecting away from the second side of the head with an open side of the U facing the handle, and a plurality of projections projecting from the first side of the auxiliary member spaced apart from and substantially parallel to the nylon bristles.

Abstract: A manual toothbrush has a handle, a head at one end of the handle, and bristles extending from one side of the head. A U shaped tongue cleaner extends outwardly from an opposing side of the head. The tongue cleaner has the open side of the U facing the handle and the U shaped tongue cleaner having a periphery that is complementary to a periphery of the head of the toothbrush.

Abstract: A garment has an outside surface with a first component of a hook and loop fastening system attached thereto. A pocket patch has an inside surface with a second component of the hook and loop fastening system attached thereto. The first and second components of the hook and loop fastening system are engaged to one another to secure the pocket patch to the garment to provide a patch pocket. The pocket patch is removable from the garment by disengaging the first and second components of the hook and loop securing system. The pocket patch or another pocket patch having an inside surface with the second component of the hook and loop fastening system attached thereto is attachable to the garment by engaging the first and second components of the hook and loop securing system with one another.

Abstract: A garment assembly includes a garment having an outside surface and a pocket patch having a plurality of edges and an inside surface with an adhesive disposed on the inside surface adjacent all but one of said edges with a majority of the inside surface not coated with said adhesive. The inside surface of the pocket patch is attachable to the garment by engaging the adhesive on inside surface of the pocket patch to the outside surface of the garment in a removable manner to form a patch pocket. The inside surface of the pocket patch may be attached to a removable backing to facilitate shipping, storage and displaying the pocket patch for sale.

Abstract: A martial arts training device has a base assembly fixed to a torso assembly in a manner that allows the torso assembly to pivot with respect to the base assembly. The base assembly includes a container with a convex shaped bottom that contains ballast with a greater concentration of weight located at a front portion of the container. The base assembly includes a base cushion member with leg portions. The distribution of weight in the container and the weight of the leg portions causes the martial arts training device to rebound to an upright state when the device is displaced from an upright state during use of the device during training.
