Abstract: A sealing material sheet which is used as a member of a solar cell module formed by heating and pressing a laminate in which a first protective member, a first sealing material sheet, a photoelectric conversion cell, a second sealing material sheet, and a second protective member are laminated in this order, including an uneven pattern being formed on one surface or both surfaces of the first sealing material sheet and the second sealing material sheet through an embossing process, the embossing process being performed so that the percentage VH/VA×100% of the total volume VH of concave portions per unit area of the first sealing material sheet and the second sealing material sheet and the apparent volume VA of the sealing material sheets obtained by multiplying the unit area by the maximum thickness is in the range of 1% to 4%.
