  • Publication number: 20230365734
Abstract: Provided is latex that is useful in a novel technique which (a) has a reduced environmental impact, (b) has excellent dispersibility of fine polymer particles, and (c) enables efficient collection of fine polymer particles from a latex. Specifically, provided is a latex including, by a specific amount, fine polymer particles (A) having a graft part which is constituted by a polymer that contains a specific structural unit, and a resin (B) having predetermined viscosity. The surfaces of the fine polymer particles (A) are covered with the resin (B).

  • Patent number: 11332612
Abstract: Provided are PHA particles which are excellent in dispersibility in an aqueous dispersion and have excellent film formation capability, in which odor of a molded body obtained from the PHA particles or an aqueous dispersion of the PHA particles is suppressed, and whose color tone is good, and an aqueous dispersion of the PHA particles. Polyhydroxyalkanoate particles including polyhydroxyalkanoate having a particle shape and peptidoglycan covering a portion of or an entire surface of the polyhydroxyalkanoate. In this polyhydroxyalkanoate particle, a content of polyhydroxyalkanoate is 98.0% by weight or more, and a content of peptidoglycan is 0.1% by weight or more and 1.0% by weight or less.

  • Publication number: 20220010123
Abstract: A resin composition is produced by a method including a washing step of washing a resin composition with water. The resin composition contains fine polymer particles (A) and a resin (B). The fine polymer particles (A) have a graft part that is constituted by a polymer containing, as one or more structural units, one or more structural units derived from at least one type of monomer selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl monomers, vinyl cyanide monomers, and (meth)acrylate monomers. The resin (B) has a given viscosity, in a case where a total amount of the fine polymer particles (A) and the resin (B) is regarded as 100% by weight, an amount of the fine polymer particles (A) being 1% by weight to 70% by weight and an amount of the resin (B) being 30% by weight to 99% by weight.
