  • Publication number: 20250029492
Abstract: A transport facility includes a monitoring system. The monitoring system includes a travel data obtainer, a connection data obtainer, a display, and a controller. The travel data obtainer obtains travel data including position information and time information in a manner associated with each other. The position information indicates a position of a transport vehicle. The connection data obtainer obtains connection data including connection destination information and the time information in a manner associated with each other. The connection destination information indicates a relationship between a vehicle communicator and a destination wireless transmitter-receiver to which the vehicle communicator is connected. The controller performs a display process of causing the display to display connection information based on the travel data and the connection data.

  • Publication number: 20240302250
Abstract: A liquid sampling method in a flow monitoring system including a sampling section having a needle for performing sampling of a liquid, an analysis section that performs analysis of the liquid sampled by the sampling section, and a fluid supply section that supplies a sample fluid in a state of gas-liquid two-phase flow containing a gas phase and a liquid phase with the sample remaining in the state of gas-liquid two-phase flow. The liquid sampling method includes: a storage step of storing, in the storage container, a liquid phase contained in the sample fluid; a separation step of separating, from a liquid phase, a gas phase contained in the liquid phase stored in the storage container; and an injection step of suctioning, as a sample, the liquid phase stored in the storage container from a distal end of the needle after the separation step and injecting a predetermined amount of the sample into the analysis section through the injection port.

  • Patent number: 11293859
Abstract: A fermentation state monitoring apparatus includes: a terahertz wave generation element that outputs inspection light using a terahertz wave to a fermented food under fermentation in a sealed product container; a terahertz wave detection element that detects return light of the inspection light reflected by the fermented food in the product container; and a determination unit that determines a fermentation progress of the fermented food based on an index value including a reflectance of the return light with respect to the inspection light or an absorption coefficient of the return light with respect to the inspection light.

  • Patent number: 7408100
Abstract: A method of producing a modified monocotyledonous plant having a desired character is provided. The method comprises isolating a gene containing a nucleic acid hybridizable to a nucleic acid indicated by SEQ ID NO. 1 under stringent conditions, and inhibiting expression of the isolated gene.

  • Patent number: 7271003
Abstract: DNA having promoter activity for strongly expressing an exogenous gene specifically in plant tissue (particularly, tissue having active cell prolifaration) is provided. The DNA is a rice OsEF1?1 gene promoter which has a sequence indicated by SEQ ID NO. 1, or a portion of said sequence whose promoter activity is equivalent to that of said sequence indicated by SEQ ID No. 1. An expression vector containing the promoter and an exogenous gene expressibly linked to the promoter is also provided. A plant cell transformed with the expression vector, a plant regenerated from the plant cell, a progeny of the plant, a propagator of the plant, and a seed obtained from the progeny are also provided. A method for introducing an exogenous gene into plants using an expression vector is also provided.

  • Patent number: 7176347
Abstract: DNA having promoter activity for expressing an exogenous gene specifically in vegetative growth tissue (particularly, stems and/or leaves) is provided. The DNA is a rice OsGA3ox2 gene promoter which has a sequence indicated by SEQ ID NO. 1, or a portion of said sequence whose promoter activity is equivalent to that of said sequence indicated by SEQ ID No. 1. An expression vector containing an exogenous gene expressibly linked to the promoter is also provided. A plant cell transformed with the expression vector, a plant regenerated from the plant cell, a progeny of the plant, a propagator of the plant, and a seed obtained from the progeny are also provided. A method for introducing an exogenous gene into plants using an expression vector is also provided.

  • Patent number: 7154028
Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to provide DNAs encoding novel plant proteins having a gibberellin (GA) 2-oxidation activity. Another objective is to modify plant height by utilizing these DNAs for regulating the gibberellin content. PCR was performed using degenerate primers, and novel OsGA2ox2 and OsGA2ox3 genes were obtained. The present inventors discovered that unlike products of other GA2-oxidases such as OsGA2ox1, the product of OsGA2ox3 catalyzes the two-step oxidation of GA20 to GA29 and then of GA29 to GA29-catabolite. In addition, the present inventors also found that the growth of the transgenic rice plants expressing OsGA2ox3 was suppressed as compared to control plants.
