  • Publication number: 20080018141
Abstract: A rotation seat for a vehicle has a seat, a rotating plate and a base plate. The seat is fixed on the rotating plate which has a nail member and a biasing member. The biasing member forces the nail member. The rotating plate is rotatably connected to the base plate through a first shaft. The base plate has a guide slot so as to regulate extent of the rotation of the rotating plate by guiding the nail member. The guide slot has a first slot and a second slot. The biasing unit forces the second slot through the nail member so as to make the rotating plate rotate from an operator's exiting position to a forward driving position.

  • Patent number: 7241717
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a cathode catalyst for fuel cells containing platinum and iron which can maintain the durability of a battery and can make a battery high output. The cathode catalyst for fuel cells comprises a supporting layer which consists of an alloy containing platinum and iron and further containing the third component which has an affinity for iron including one or more sorts of elements selected from the group consisting of tungsten, titanium, molybdenum, rhenium, zinc, manganese, tin, tantalum and rhodium, and a support on which the supporting layer is loaded. A catalyst using an alloy containing platinum and iron enables the batteries to become high output. By alloying one or more sorts of elements of the third component which has an affinity for iron with an alloy containing platinum and iron, it is possible to prevent eluting of the iron into the electrolyte.

  • Publication number: 20070047864
Abstract: The straightness and parallelism of a track surface on which rollers roll are measured within a range “L2” as a range for measuring the straightness and parallelism. The range “L2” is a range such that L2?0.8×L when a roller length is “L”. When the dimension from the corner P of the flange on the inner diameter side to the starting point of the range “L2” is “L1”, the dimension “L1” is ranged such that 0.8 mm?L1?2 mm. In this range, the straightness of the track surface of the outer ring in the axial direction is not more than 0.008 mm and the parallelism thereof is not more than 0.015 mm.

  • Patent number: 6068406
Abstract: The needle roller bearing B in this embodiment comprises a cage 1 having a plurality of elongated window-shaped pockets 1a formed therein at predetermined circumferential intervals, and a plurality of needle rollers 2 rollably received and held in the pockets 1a. The four corners A of each pocket 1a of the cage 1 are provided with relief portions 1an4 each having a circumferentially recessed arcuate peripheral wall surface. The circumferential dimension between the circumferential top 1a41 of the relief potion 1a4 and the pocket wall surface 1a1 is set with respect to the diameter Dw of the needle rollers 2 such that 0.01.ltoreq.h/Dw.ltoreq.0.2. The provision of the relief portions 1a4 at the corners A of each pocket 1a of the cage 1 permits the relief portions 1a4 to serve as passageways for the lubricating oil.

  • Patent number: 5615956
Abstract: A roller bearing includes an outer ring having a raceway formed on its inner periphery, a plurality of rollers arranged along the raceway at predetermined intervals, and a solid lubricant filling the spaces between the adjacent rollers. The rollers and the solid lubricant form a one-piece body. The problems of large friction between rollers and the skewing of rollers are solved and it is possible to increase the load-bearing capacity of the bearing by using a large number of longer rollers.
