  • Patent number: 8840478
Abstract: In an initial state after boot of a game apparatus, a predetermined operation image is generated and displayed on an operating device. The game apparatus makes determinations in the initial state on the basis of operation data such as to whether or not a selection instruction has been provided to select an application from among one or more applications, including a game application, which are executable by the game apparatus, and whether or not a control instruction has been provided to control a predetermined display device different from the operating device. When the selection instruction is determined to have been provided, the game apparatus executes the selected application, and outputs an image to either the operating device or the predetermined display device, or both. When the control instruction is determined to have been provided, the game apparatus controls the predetermined display device in accordance with the control instruction.

  • Patent number: 8505661
Abstract: In a work vehicle, an engine compartment is disposed forwards of a cab. An exhaust gas treatment device is disposed over an engine in the engine compartment. A radiator is disposed forwards of the exhaust gas treatment device (33) in the engine compartment. A blower is configured to generate an airflow passing through the radiator from back to front of the radiator. The exhaust gas treatment device is slanted with respect to a vehicle width direction for increasing a distance between the exhaust gas treatment device and the radiator towards a first lateral face portion. Further, the first lateral face portion includes air inlets facing a space between the exhaust gas treatment device and the radiator.

  • Patent number: 7491850
Abstract: Bisphosphite(s) represented by the following general formula (I): wherein Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group; R1, R2, R7 and R8 are each independently a substituted or an unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or an unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or an unsubstituted heterocyclic group, or R1and R2 or R7 and R8 may together form a ring with their associated oxygen atoms and phosphor atom; and R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, with the proviso that the carbon atom bearing R3 and R4 and the carbon atom bearing R5 and R6 are bound to the respective arylene groups at the ortho position to the Ar1—Ar2 bond. Also provided is a process for producing aldehyde(s) using the bisphosphite and a Group 8 to 10 metal compound. A composition comprising the bisphosphite and a Group 8 to 10 metal compound is further provided.
