  • Publication number: 20230197213
Abstract: Provided is a medical information management system including: a standardized storage that stores, in a single format, a plurality of pieces of electronic patient record information that is stored in a plurality of electronic patient record servers storing the plurality of pieces of electronic patient record information in different formats; a definition information generator that generates definition information that defines a combination of search keys for retrieving a piece of electronic patient record information on a specific case from among the plurality of pieces of electronic patient record information; a potential case retriever that acquires, based on the definition information, a piece of electronic patient record information on the specific case; and a test value information extractor that extracts test value information, which is clinical information of a patient associated with the specific case from the piece of electronic patient record information acquired by the potential case retriever.

  • Patent number: 8960585
Abstract: A transmitting gear is mounted on a rotating shaft of a spool so as to be rotatable integrally with the rotating shaft. A rotation sensor is disposed eccentrically with respect to the rotating shaft in a radial direction of the rotating shaft. The rotation sensor is disposed in a direction in which the rotating shaft is separated from the rotation sensor by a large load applied from a seatbelt to the spool in an emergency. The rotation sensor includes annularly arranged magnets and a magnet holding member that holds the magnets. The magnet holding member includes a receiving gear External teeth of the receiving gear engage with external teeth of the transmitting gear to increase a speed of rotation of the spool whose rotation is transmitted to the receiving gear.

  • Publication number: 20120292417
Abstract: [Object] To improve detection accuracy of a rotation detecting member, reduce a load applied to the rotation detecting member, and suppress an increase in size in the thrust direction. [Solution] A transmitting gear 24 is mounted on a rotating shaft 10a of a spool so as to be rotatable integrally with the rotating shaft 10a. A rotation sensor 15 is disposed eccentrically with respect to the rotating shaft 10a in a radial direction of the rotating shaft 10a. The rotation sensor 15 is disposed in a direction in which the rotating shaft 10a is separated from the rotation sensor 15 by a large load F applied from a seatbelt to the spool 10 in an emergency. The rotation sensor 15 includes annularly arranged magnets 21 and a magnet holding member 22 that holds the magnets 21. The magnet holding member 22 includes a receiving gear 23.
