  • Patent number: 10485508
Abstract: An ultrasonic diagnostic device wherein: a Doppler processing unit acquires Doppler information in a living body on the basis of an ultrasonic reception signal; a velocity vector calculating unit acquires the velocity vector distribution of a blood stream in the living body on the basis of the Doppler information in the living body; and, to form a flow line showing the flow of the blood stream on the basis of the velocity vector distribution, a flow line forming unit searches for a proper start point by inversely tracing the flow of the blood stream from an initial start point along the reverse direction of the velocity vector and then forms a flow line extended from the proper start point.

  • Publication number: 20170105699
Abstract: A transmission reception unit forms a transmission beam by outputting a transmission signal to each of a plurality of vibrating elements provided in a probe and further forms a reception beam on the basis of a plurality of wave reception signals obtained from the plurality of vibrating elements. Thus, an ultrasonic beam (transmission beam and reception beam) is scanned in a scan surface. A velocity vector computation unit forms a two-dimensional velocity vector distribution in the scan surface from information regarding velocity of blood flow in an ultrasonic beam direction. A vortex detection unit tracks a flow of a fluid on the basis of the two-dimensional velocity vector distribution obtained by the velocity vector computation unit and detects a vortex in the fluid on the basis of whether or not the flow of the fluid satisfies a recurrence condition.

  • Publication number: 20170042513
Abstract: An image forming processing unit forms image data for the interior of a body on the basis of a received ultrasonic signal. A Doppler processing unit generates Doppler information for the body interior on the basis of the receiving signals of ultrasonic waves. A velocity vector calculating unit generates velocity information (velocity vector) for blood flow on the basis of the Doppler information for the body interior. A region of interest setting unit sets a region of interest corresponding to a heart cavity in the image data. An energy calculating unit calculates the amount of energy lost in the blood flow in the heart cavity on the basis of the blood flow velocity information in the region of interest corresponding to the heart cavity.
