  • Patent number: 8601799
Abstract: Disclosed is a construction machine which comprises: a command changing regulation section; a loading device for imposing, on an engine, a load for raising an exhaust temperature of the engine up to a value at which particulate matter accumulated in a filter is burnt; and an instruction section for instructing the loading device to perform an operation for loading the engine. The instruction section prohibits the loading device from changing a loading level on the engine, during a period where a manipulation-state detection section detects a presence of a manipulation of a manipulation section. The command changing regulation section is set to a changing permission mode for permitting a value of a command which is to be assigned to an actuator control valve, to be changed according to changing a value of a command to be output from a manipulation device, during a period where the loading level is constant.

  • Patent number: 7708100
Abstract: After a remote control valve has been brought into a non-working state, a stop signal is to be sent from an engine controller in a controller to a governor controller in an engine to stop the engine automatically, under the condition that an illuminating lamp is turned off, after a preset allowance time has passed and when a gate lever provided at a gateway for an operator is opened (the operator gets off the machine). Further, before the engine is stopped, the operator is to be notified of the coming engine stop, and when the engine is stopped, a power supply is to be cut off automatically.

  • Patent number: 7634961
Abstract: A hydraulic circuit including a first throttle disposed upstream of pressure-reducing valves of a remote-control valve, which operates a control valve of hydraulic pilot type, so as to reduce primary pressures supplied from a pilot pump to the pressure-reducing valves. Bleed-off lines connect pilot lines to tanks. Second throttles are disposed on the bleed-off lines, respectively, so as to moderate rises in the pilot pressures supplied to pilot ports of the control valve. The hydraulic circuit prevents detrimental effects such as deterioration of operability while ensuring shock absorption during quick operation.

  • Publication number: 20060266029
Abstract: A working machine includes a hydraulic pump and a travel control valve for each of left and right traveling unit. A tank-side fluid channel of the travel control valve includes an actuator control valve for controlling another actuator. When both travel control valves are operated at the same time and when at least one actuator control valve is operated, a merge control valve is opened to merge hydraulic fluid ejected from the two hydraulic pumps. At the same time, a feed switching valve is opened so that a different hydraulic pump supplies hydraulic fluid to the actuator control valve.
