    Abstract: An automatic stamping device includes a document reading device 10 which reads a document and supplies the result of reading on an image memory 22, and a stamp memory control circuit 21 which produces various stamp image data on the basis of the number of documents or the number of sheets of paper already printed, etc. These image data are synthesized by an image synthesizing circuit 27 and outputted through an image printing device 40, thereby automatically making stamping on printed matters.
