  • Publication number: 20210142599
Abstract: A portable device includes a vibration sensor and a determination unit. The determination unit determines that vibration is detected when an amount of vibration applied to the portable device exceeds a determination threshold that is indicative of a vibration detection sensitivity of the vibration sensor. The determination unit selects one of determination thresholds that are indicative of different vibration detection sensitivities and determines whether or not vibration is detected based on the selected determination threshold.

  • Publication number: 20200010038
Abstract: This injection molded article has a body part and a movable part. The body part has a first stopper part and a second stopper part, while the movable part has a movable body and a first rib and a second rib that are formed to protrude at both widthwise end parts of the movable body. A first groove and a second groove that extend in the depth direction perpendicular to the axial direction of a hinge part, are respectively formed between the movable body and the first rib and between the movable body and the second rib.

  • Patent number: 8264013
Abstract: A device separation insulating film and a device separation semiconductor layer are provided for a device separation section for separating adjacent devices from each other, end portions of the device separation insulating film and end portions of the device separation semiconductor layer are provided to overlap each other in order to surround two sides of an outer-periphery of the voltage conversion section and also to surround a channel section of the charge transfer device and the light receiving devices and an end portion of the device separation insulating film facing an end face of the light receiving device is arranged inwardly below a control electrode with respect to an end face of the control electrode on the light receiving device side.

  • Patent number: 8106342
Abstract: A solid-state image capturing device includes a multilayer wiring layer to open regions above a plurality of respective light receiving sections for performing photoelectric conversion on incident light to generate a signal charge; a color filter of each color provided above the multilayer wiring layer in a corresponding manner to each light receiving section; and a microlens provided on the color filter of each color, for focusing the incident light at each light receiving section, wherein a wiring layer within one layer among the multilayer wiring layer limits an area of a light receiving region for incident light that enters the light receiving section, equally among the light receiving sections.

  • Publication number: 20090152898
Abstract: To provide a pipe member composed of a small-diameter metal pipe and a large-diameter metal pipe integrated via a double pipe structure part. A diameter expanding punch 12 is press-fitted into a small-diameter pipe 3 through a large-diameter pipe 2, thereby integrally expanding the diameter of the small-diameter pipe 3 and the large-diameter pipe 2. As the diameter of the small-diameter pipe 3 is expanded, the longitudinal dimension of an expanded part 3b is shortened, and the tip end of the expanded part 3b of the small-diameter pipe 3 is spaced apart from a step part 2c of the large-diameter pipe 2. In this state, the large-diameter pipe 2 and the small-diameter pipe 3 are displaced with respect to each other in the longitudinal direction.
