    Abstract: Provided is an air permeation resistant film in which flexibility can be imparted to the film without remarkably increasing the proportion of a rubber constituting a dispersed phase. An air permeation resistant film comprising (A) a thermoplastic polyester elastomer which comprises a block copolymer containing a polyester as a hard segment and has a melting point of from 180 to 230° C., and (B) a rubber, in a mass ratio (A)/(B) of from 90/10 to 40/60, wherein the component (A) and the component (B) are melt-kneaded to perform dynamic crosslink, thereby forming a continuous phase composed of the component (A) and a dispersed phase composed of the component (B), and the film has an air permeation coefficient at 80° C. of 5×1013 fm2/Pa·s or less and Young's modulus of 120 MPa or less.

    Abstract: Provided is an oxygen enrichment membrane that has both good oxygen separation performance and good membrane physical properties (mechanical strength, ease of membrane formation, etc.), and moreover, can be used to industrially obtain a high concentration of oxygen, and a method for producing the oxygen enrichment membrane. The oxygen enrichment membrane includes, as a main component, a hydrocarbon group-containing polysiloxane network structure material which is a reaction product of a tetraalkoxysilane and a hydrocarbon group-containing dialkoxysilane. The tetraalkoxysilane is a tetramethoxysilane or a tetraethoxysilane (referred to as “A”), and the hydrocarbon group-containing dialkoxysilane is dimethyldimethoxysilane or diethyldiethoxysilane (referred to as “B”).     Abstract: The present invention discloses a process for producing a membrane for separating methane or carbon dioxide, having excellent heat resistance, durability and anti-chemical agent resistance (anti-corrosion resistance). The present invention is related to a process for producing a membrane for separating methane or carbon dioxide, which comprises the following steps: (a) preparing a metal alkoxide solution by (i) mixing an acid catalyst, water and an organic solvent, (ii) adding thereto tetraalkoxysilane and mixing, and (iii) then adding thereto a hydrocarbon group-containing trialkoxysilane, of which a hydrocarbon group is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms and a phenyl group, and mixing, (b) applying the metal alkoxide solution on an inorganic porous support, and then (c) calcining the inorganic porous support having metal alkoxide solution layer at a temperature of 30 to 300° C.
