  • Publication number: 20210228183
Abstract: A diagnostic ultrasound apparatus includes a body and an input/output port. The body generates an ultrasound image based on a received signal from an ultrasound probe that transmits and receives an ultrasound wave. The input/output port is connected to the body. The body includes a body-side connection part having a plurality of terminal connection ports. The input/output port includes a port-side connection part that collectively holds terminals corresponding to the terminal connection ports. The body-side connection part and the port-side connection part are connected by a connection method chosen between an indirect connection method via a connector and a direct connection method not via the connector.

  • Publication number: 20200121298
Abstract: Disclosed is an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus including: a power storage that stores electric power and that releases the stored power; a first hardware processor that receives power and supplies the received power to a gel heater, in which the gel heater heats gel by the power; and a second hardware processor that receives either power supplied from an external power source or the power released from the power storage and supplies the received power to the first hardware processor. When the first hardware processor receives the power released from the power storage, the first hardware processor shuts off or reduces power supply to the gel heater.

  • Patent number: 9579086
Abstract: The present invention is intended to reduce the consumption of a battery while appropriately performing operation in the case where an AC power source is disconnected and power supply is switched to the battery. An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus including: an AC adapter connection detecting section (13) that detects whether the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is electrically connected with the AC power source; and a display section (10), wherein, when the AC adapter connection detecting section (13) detects that the AC power source is disconnected, power supply is switched to power supply from the battery (11), and an operation screen for controlling an amount of the power supply in the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is displayed on the display section (10).
