  • Patent number: 11901146
Abstract: A relay drive control device is configured to control drive of a relay for connecting a battery mounted on a vehicle and an external power supply. The relay drive control device includes a controller configured to, when driving the relay, supply an output voltage of the battery to the relay after increasing the output voltage to a voltage value at which the relay is drivable.

  • Patent number: 11597367
Abstract: In a hydraulic brake system, when a main power supply is in an abnormal condition in which it cannot supply electric power to a pump motor, etc., the pump motor is operated with electric power supplied from an auxiliary power supply, irrespective of the presence of a braking request. Thus, when the main power supply is in the abnormal condition, the number of times inrush current flows is reduced. As a result, the voltage of the auxiliary power supply is less likely to be lower than an operation minimum voltage, and the hydraulic brake system is less likely to be unable to be operated.

  • Publication number: 20220240349
Abstract: A fault detection device for a driving circuit that includes a first switch provided between an electric load and a power supply section, a second switch provided between the electric load and earth, and a detector that detects a voltage between the first switch and the electric load, the fault detection device including: a memory; and a processor coupled to the memory and being configured to: control the first switch into an on state connecting the electric load with the power supply section or an off state disconnecting the electric load from the power supply section; control the second switch into an on state connecting the electric load with earth or an off state disconnecting the electric load from earth; and determine a fault of the driving circuit based on the on or off state of the first and second switches and a voltage detected by the detector.

  • Publication number: 20220219565
Abstract: A battery control system includes an acquisition unit configured to acquire a state quantity of the battery, a first estimation unit configured to perform an estimation process of estimating a full charging capacity of the battery based on the state quantity of the battery acquired by the acquisition unit by controlling charging or discharging of the battery, a first transmission unit configured to transmit a transmission request for requesting transmission of an estimation result of the full charging capacity of the battery to a management device when the estimation process is not able to be performed by the first estimation unit, and a first reception unit configured to receive an estimation result of the full charging capacity of the battery from the management device when the estimation process is not able to be performed by the first estimation unit.
