  • Patent number: 11424703
Abstract: In a motor control device, a rotational phase detection unit detects a rotational phase of a rotor of a stepping motor, and a driving waveform generation unit generates a driving waveform for driving the stepping motor. An advance angle control unit detects a phase difference (advance angle) between a rotational phase of the rotor and a phase of the driving waveform and controls an amplitude or a period of the driving waveform generated by the driving waveform generation unit to perform advance angle control. The advance angle control unit controls an amplitude of the driving waveform by determining a target advance angle based on a variation (advance angle change rate) of an advance angle with respect to a variation of an amplitude in accordance with a change in the advance angle when the amplitude of the driving waveform is changed.

  • Patent number: 9690167
Abstract: An angular velocity sensor detects a shake of an image pickup apparatus and a signal divide unit divides a shake detection signal to output it to each of a first drive amount calculating unit and a second drive amount calculating unit. A first drive amount and a second drive amount are calculated based on the divided shake detection signal to drive each of a first correction lens and a second correction lens. An aberration determination unit changes a limiter used in a drive amount limiting unit based on the first drive amount and the second drive amount so as not to increase the eccentric aberration of an imaging optical system generated by the movement of the two correction lenses. The drive amount limiting unit limits the drive amount based on the limiter set according to the result of the determination for the aberration to correct the image shake while suppressing the eccentric aberration.

  • Patent number: 9641756
Abstract: An image capturing apparatus comprises an object detection unit configured to detect a predetermined object and a movement amount acquisition unit configured to acquire an amount of movement of the predetermined object. An object tracking unit suppresses the amount of movement of the predetermined object by moving an optical element constituting an image capturing optical system. A motion vector detection unit detects a motion vector indicating an image blur amount. An image blur correction unit corrects image blur based on the motion vector. A switching unit switches whether or not to perform object tracking using the object tracking unit. The image blur correction unit makes effect of the image blur correction in a case of performing the object tracking smaller than effect of the image blur correction in a case of not performing the object tracking.
