Abstract: A mobile communication terminal includes a first CPU that controls transmission of information to and reception of information from another communication apparatus via a first network in response to an operation to an operation unit of a main body of the mobile communication terminal. The mobile communication terminal includes a lock that is formed on an appropriate location of the main body and permits a unique key to be paired with the main body to be set therein, a key signal generator that generates a key signal when the unique key to be paired is inserted in the lock, a startup processor that, in response to a reception of the key signal from the key signal generator, starts up a second CPU that executes transmission and reception of information via a second network instead of the first network.
