  • Publication number: 20220298612
Abstract: Provided is an ultra-fine cemented carbide that has high hardness and exhibits excellent transverse-rupture-strength. The ultra-fine cemented carbide includes a hard phase, containing tungsten carbide (WC) as a main component, in an amount of 80 wt % or more and 99.4 wt % or less, a carbonitride phase, containing titanium carbonitride (Ti(C,N)) as a main component produced by carbonitriding of a titanium (Ti) oxide during sintering, in an amount of 0.1 wt % or more and 10.0 wt % or less, and a binder phase, containing at least one selected from cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), or iron (Fe) as a main component, in an amount of 0.50 wt % or more and 20 wt % or less, and the binder phase contains chromium carbide (Cr3C2) in an amount of 0.10 wt % or more and 20.0 wt % or less based on all of the binder phase, and in the ultra-fine cemented carbide, the hard phase, the carbonitride phase, and the binder phase total 100 wt %, WC after the sintering has an average grain size of 1.0 ?m or less, the nitrogen content is 0.

  • Patent number: 8555855
Abstract: A throttle valve control system for an internal combustion engine includes plural throttle bodies with respective intake passages formed therethrough. Each of the respective throttle bodies includes a throttle valve shaft and a throttle valve, the throttle valves are operated by an actuator via the throttle valve shafts. The throttle bodies are each provided with plural fuel injection valves, and fuel lines which connect adjacent fuel injection valves together are arrayed in parallel with a direction of the throttle valve shafts, and are arranged between the throttle bodies and the actuator.

  • Patent number: 7431013
Abstract: An intake air control device is provided in which a valve shaft extends in the left and right direction of a vehicle body frame across an air intake path, and is rotatably supported by an air intake path forming body connected to an engine body, equalizing the distances from a center of the vehicle body frame in the left and right direction to both ends of the intake air control device when arranging the air intake path forming body at the center of the vehicle body frame in the left and right direction. An actuator, which applies a motive power to drive the valve shaft, is connected to one end of the valve shaft, and a throttle operating amount sensor for detecting the throttle operating amount by a vehicle operator is supported by the air intake path forming body and connected to the other end of the valve shaft.
