    Abstract: A laminated film including an adhesive layer peelably laminated on a base film is shear cut using an upper roller including specific upper blades arranged at a pitch of 0.5 mm or less for slitting. The upper blade includes one side surface constituting a blade edge being a flat surface and the other side surface having a first ridge and a second ridge from the blade edge aide. A laminated tape including an adhesive layer peelably laminated on a base film is slit by slitting using this upper blade to a tape width of 0.5 mm or less without the base film and the adhesive layer peeling apart and with suppressed protrusion of the adhesive layer in the slit tape.

    Abstract: A laminated film, including an adhesive layer peelably laminated on a base film, and a carrier film overlapping each other are passed between a bladed roller including a plurality of disk-shaped slitting blades arranged at a pitch of 0.5 mm or less and an anvil roller with the laminated film on the bladed roller side to slit the laminated film by score cutting. The slitting blades have a blade angle of 30° or less. By doing so, the laminated film including the adhesive layer peelably laminated on the base film is silt to have a tape width of 0.5 mm or less in such a way that the base film and the adhesive layer do not peel apart and the protrusion of the adhesive layer is suppressed.

The cutter mechanism may include an upper blade unit wherein a plurality of upper blades are arranged axially and a lower blade unit wherein a plurality of lower blades are arranged axially. The heating mechanism is disposed upstream of the cutter mechanism and may include a blower, a heater, a temperature sensor, and/or a temperature control unit. The blower may be connected to the heater via a an air passage and be disposed so as to blow heated air onto the adhesive film mother sheet.

The vacuum chamber is constructed to hold the adhesive sheet on a concave support surface by suction. The vacuum chamber is disposed in the vicinity of the suction roller at an upstream position in the conveying route so as to form an S-shape in the conveying route with the outer peripheral surface of the suction roller.
