  • Patent number: 9318706
Abstract: A laminated structure comprising an electrode, a polymer binding layer arranged on the electrode, and an electrically conductive organic material layer arranged on the polymer binding layer, wherein the polymer binding layer comprises an aromatic polymeric compound which has a structure represented by formula (I) [wherein Ar represents a conjugated divalent group which may have a substituent, provided that when there are multiple Ar's, the Ar's may be the same as or different from each other; and n represents an integer of 1 or greater] and has a number average molecular weight of 1×103 to 1×108 inclusive in terms of polystyrene content, the polymer binding layer is bonded to the electrode via a chemical bond between the aromatic polymeric compound and the surface of the electrode, and an electrically conductive organic material that composes a layer included in the electrically conductive organic material layer and arranged adjacent to the polymer binding layer has a number average molecular weight of 3×102

  • Patent number: 8349997
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing a block copolymer which comprises two or more blocks composed of aromatic units having different basic structures from each other and has a high molecular weight, a narrow chain length distribution and a narrow molecular weight distribution. Also disclosed is a block copolymer produced by the method. The method for producing a block copolymer comprises the step of sequentially reacting two or more aromatic compounds which are selected from aromatic compounds represented by a specific general formula and are different in the group Ar, in the presence of a nickel complex containing a phosphine compound represented by a specific general formula or a palladium complex containing a phosphine compound represented by a specific general formula to thereby form blocks comprising the aromatic compounds sequentially, wherein the two or more aromatic compounds are reacted in descending order of parameter of aromatic ring charge.

  • Publication number: 20100133476
Abstract: The present invention provides a polymeric adsorption film comprising a polymer containing two or more charge-transport blocks and a substrate, wherein any of the charge-transport blocks is preferentially adhered to a surface of the substrate; a polymeric adsorption film comprising a polymer containing two or more charge-transport blocks and a substrate, wherein any of the charge-transport blocks different from the charge-transport block preferentially adhered to a surface of the substrate is preferentially exposed; or a polymeric adsorption film comprising a polymer and a substrate, wherein the polymer contains two or more charge-transport blocks and any charge-transport block selected from the charge-transport blocks is adhered to a surface of the substrate more preferentially than the other charge-transport blocks.
