Abstract: A negotiation apparatus capable of efficiently conducting appropriate negotiations is provided. A negotiation apparatus (1) includes a condition acquisition unit (2), a calculation unit (4), and an operation decision unit (6). The condition acquisition unit (2) acquires a demand condition including one or more elements regarding demand for a commodity or a service. The calculation unit (4) calculates a utility value of the acquired demand condition using a predetermined utility function based on resource information. The resource information indicates availability status of one or more resources required to provide the commodity or the like. The operation decision unit (6) decides a negotiation operation, which is an operation regarding a negotiation for providing the commodity or the like based on the calculated utility value.

  • Patent number: 9530317
Abstract: A peripheral aircraft selection means maps a region in a 3D space defined by a start point of period information of the aircraft of interest, a point having the coordinate values of passage position coordinates at an end point of the period information and a lower limit arrival time, and a point having the coordinate values of passage position coordinates at the end point of the period information and an upper limit arrival time onto a 2D plane by use of a first projection matrix. The peripheral aircraft selection means then selects a peripheral aircraft which can abnormally near to the aircraft of interest by determining how the resultant region crosses with a circle whose center is a passage position of the peripheral aircraft and whose radius is a determination standard threshold as to whether abnormal nearing will occur.

  • Publication number: 20150127295
Abstract: There is provided a moving-body-abnormal-nearing detection system capable of determining whether abnormal nearing between moving bodies will occur in a short processing time. A projection matrix calculation means 71 calculates a first projection matrix indicating mapping from a 3D space onto a 2D plane based on period information of a first moving body and period information of a second moving body. An abnormal nearing determination means 72 maps the period information of the first moving body to a line segment in the 2D plane by use of the first projection matrix. It then determines whether abnormal nearing between the first moving body and the second moving body will occur by determining how a circle whose center is a passage position of the second moving body and whose radius takes a threshold as a determination standard as to whether abnormal nearing will occur crosses with the line segment.

  • Patent number: 8674236
Abstract: A wiring substrate is configured such that each of laminate portions provided above and below a substrate core includes insulating layers and conductor layers stacked alternately. Of the conductor layers of the laminate portions, signal line layers are treated with a silane coupling treatment, which is a surface modification treatment, so that each signal line comprises a flat surface. A roughening treatment is performed on the remaining conductor layers of the laminate portions such that the surfaces of these layers are roughened. This structure provides an advantage when high-frequency signals are transmitted through the signal line layers. That is, when each signal line comprises a flat surface, an increase in conductor loss due to the skin effect can be prevented. In addition, by means of chemical bonding attained through the silane coupling treatment, the reliability of adhesion between the signal line layers and the insulating layer is sufficiently attained.

  • Patent number: 8368506
Abstract: A sensing device includes a situation acquisition unit acquiring information on situation of a site of interest sensed; a sensing range change unit changing sensing range of the situation acquisition unit; a position identification unit identifying position of the situation acquisition unit; and a sensing operation controlling unit which detects inhibited content, a subject of inhibition of transmission, from the information on the situation of the site of interest. If the inhibited content has been detected, the sensing operation controlling unit calculates position of the inhibited content based on the position identification information from the position identification unit. The sensing operation controlling unit controls the sensing range change unit, based on the position identification information including the position of inhibited content calculated, so that the position of inhibited content is not contained in the sensing range.
