  • Publication number: 20240126935
Abstract: A data processing system according to the present disclosure includes an acquisition unit and a production unit. The acquisition unit acquires on-site investigation data related to the space. The production unit changes, with respect to article data of the article to be placed in the space, at least one of a dimension, design, and a function on the basis of the on-site investigation data so as to achieve harmony with the space and produces article processing data for processing the article according to the article data after the change. The on-site investigation data includes space-related data related to the space. The production unit produces the article processing data on the basis of the space-related data.

  • Publication number: 20210087667
Abstract: A resin molded body includes a resin structure, an intermediate layer including an inorganic filler and an organic resin binder and provided on a surface of at least a part of the resin structure, and a thermal sprayed ceramic coating provided on the intermediate layer. The inorganic filler is amorphous in shape and has a central particle diameter of 20 ?m or more and 100 ?m or less. The intermediate layer has a thickness of 50 ?m or more and 250 ?m or less. The central particle diameter a of the inorganic filler and the thickness b of the intermediate layer satisfy the relationship of b?2a, and the inorganic filler is contained in the intermediate layer in an amount of 40% to 65% as a volume ratio.

  • Publication number: 20160178186
Abstract: An LED unit (100) includes a base unit (1). The LED unit further includes a light emitting device (3) including: a package substrate (3b); and a light emitting portion (3a) provided in the package substrate and having LED chips, the light emitting device being placed on a front surface of the base unit. The base unit is formed of a molding in which a metal member (11) is covered with thermally conductive resin having an electrical insulation property, and the thermally conductive resin is interposed between the light emitting device and the metal member. The LED unit can thus efficiently radiate heat generated in the light emitting device through the base unit toward a fixture to which the LED unit is attached.

  • Publication number: 20150299550
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to providing a thermally conductive resin composition which can realize high thermal conduction without increasing the content of a thermally conductive filler, and also exhibits satisfactory moldability. Disclosed is a thermally conductive resin composition, comprising: a thermally conductive filler; and a binder resin, wherein the thermally conductive filler contains: a hard filler having a Mohs hardness of 5 or more; and a soft filler having a Mohs hardness of 3 or less, and wherein when the thermally conductive resin composition is solidified to stabilize its shape, the soft filler is pressed by the hard filler in the thermally conductive resin composition so that a surface of the soft filler is deformed by the hard filler in the pressed state to provide a face contact between the soft filler and the hard filler.

  • Publication number: 20140231700
Abstract: The present invention provides a thermally conductive resin composition which can realize high thermal conduction without increasing a content of a thermally conductive filler by including a specific thermally conductive inorganic filler, and also exhibits satisfactory moldability. Disclosed is a thermally conductive resin composition, including: a thermally conductive filler; and a binder resin, wherein the thermally conductive resin composition contains, as the thermally conductive filler, an irregularly shaped filler having projection/recess structures on its surface.

  • Patent number: 8669578
Abstract: A wavelength conversion particle 7 used for a wavelength conversion member 70 is provided with a moth-eye structure section 74 having a fine concavo-convex structure in the side of a surface of a fluorescent particle 71, and the fine concavo-convex structure is formed in fluorescent particle 71 itself. Wavelength conversion member 70 is formed by dispersing wave-length conversion particle(s) 7 into a translucent medium 73 having a smaller refraction index than fluorescent particle 71 of wavelength conver-sion particle 7. Wavelength conversion member 70 is further provided with an antireflection section 76 in the side of the surface of fluorescent particle 71. Antireflection section 76 comprises moth-eye structure section 74 and translucent medium 73 entered between taper-shaped fine projections 75 of moth-eye structure section 74.

  • Patent number: 8642717
Abstract: The present invention is an aliphatic polyester resin in which a polyhydroxy acid skeleton is a main component, manufactured using a polymerization catalyst, characterized in that a specific organophosphorus compound is copolymerized in the resin. Activity of the polymerization catalyst contained in the aliphatic polyester resin of the present invention after the polymerization is well lowered and a lactide is hardly produced even by heating after the polymerization or after the manufacture.
