  • Patent number: 9771747
Abstract: A door pop-up system includes a check link, which is rotatably coupled to a body of a vehicle, and a pressure member, which is rotatably arranged inside a door. The check link has a tip portion to enter the inside of the door. The pressure member presses a tip of the check link in a movement direction of the check link in which the check link moves as the door in a closed position is actuated to be opened. The door in a closed position is actuated to be opened by rotation of the pressure member and pressing of the tip of the check link with the pressure member. The pressure member has a pressure surface at which the tip of the check link is pressed. The pressure surface has a restriction surface to restrict displacement of the check link in a height direction.

  • Publication number: 20170241171
Abstract: A door opening degree adjustment device includes a check link having a stopper portion, a guide member having a guide hole, and an adjustment member. The adjustment member includes a plurality of stages of step portions and a guide projection that is inserted in the guide hole movably in the extending direction of the guide hole. The adjustment member causes the stopper portion to contact the step portions of any one of the stages, thereby restricting an opening operation caused by pivoting of the door in one direction. The guide projection is arranged on an extended line that connects the stopper portion to one of the stages of the step portions that contacts the stopper portion in the direction of the movement of the check link.

  • Publication number: 20160369551
Abstract: Provided are a vehicle door drive apparatus and a vehicle door drive method capable of decreasing, in a vehicle in which a vehicle door (such as a side door, a back door, and a trunk lid) can manually be opened, an operation force required when the vehicle door is manually opened. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when a command of automatically opening a side door in a fully closed state by a predetermined amount that does not bring the side door into a fully open state is input, a pop-up opening degree ? is determined depending on whether the command is input on a switch on an outer side of a vehicle, or is input on a switch on an inner side thereof. Then, based on the determined opening degree ?, a pop-up open operation is carried out.

  • Patent number: 9417530
Abstract: A method for developing a non chemically amplified resist employs a developing fluid having a carboxylic acid compound, which is a carboxylic acid ester having branched chain alkyl groups and a total carbon number of 8 or greater, as a main component. It is particularly preferable for the carboxylic acid compound to be at least one of isobutyl butyrate, butyl isobutyrate, isobutyl isobutyrate, isoamyl isobutyrate, and 2-methylbutyrate 2-methylbutyl. It is also preferable for the non chemically amplified resist to be a resist having a copolymer of an ?-chloroacrylate ester compound and an ?-methylstyrene compound as a main component.

  • Publication number: 20160207285
Abstract: A functional film has an organic layer and an inorganic layer which are alternately formed on a support and a protective material which is stuck to a rear surface of the support through an adhesive layer and has thermal characteristics different from thermal characteristics of the support, in which an adhesive force between the adhesive layer and the support is 0.01 N/25 mm to 0.15 N/25 mm, and an adhesive force between the adhesive layer and the protective material is 5 N/25 mm to 50 N/25 mm. In a state where a long laminate composed of the support, the adhesive layer, and the protective material is being transported in a longitudinal direction, the organic layer and the inorganic layer are alternately formed on the surface of the support. As a result, a low-cost functional film, in which the inorganic layer or the like is not damaged and which stably demonstrates the intended performance, is obtained.
