  • Patent number: 11967838
Abstract: An auxiliary power receiving device includes a power receiving unit, a notification unit, and a notification controlling unit. The power receiving unit receives power from a power transfer signal, which is used to supply power from a power transmitting device to a power receiving device. The notification unit may be provided on a main surface of a plate-shaped member. The notification controlling unit controls a notification performed by the notification unit in accordance with a power reception condition of the power transfer signal at the power receiving unit.

  • Patent number: 6729954
Abstract: A character group battle method which can express uneven distribution of attack power, defense strength or the like that is unevenly distributed in a group comprising a plurality of characters is provided. Within a predetermined time period, the position of each character in a 3-dimensional virtual space is calculated, the character number of other friend characters existing in a predetermined region about the character is calculated (S304), an attack value and a defense value expressing the attack power and the defense strength of the character are calculated on the basis of the character number (S310, S312), and a color correction value is calculated for changing color tone of the character according to the attack value (defense value) (S314).

  • Patent number: 5690579
Abstract: A planetary gear transmission comprises a first planetary gear train of double pinion type G1 and second and third planetary gear trains of single pinion type G2 and G3 disposed coaxially and in parallel with one another. In this transmission, a first sun gear S1 is coupled to an input member 11 through a first clutch K1, and a first brake B1 is provided for the purpose of selectively holding the first sun gear S1 against rotation. First and second carriers C1 and C2 and a third ring gear R3 are coupled to one another, and these three elements are coupled to the input member 11 through a second clutch K2, and a second brake B2 is provided for the purpose of selectively holding these three elements against rotation. A first ring gear R1 and a second ring gear R2 are coupled with each other, and a third brake B3 is provided for the purpose of selectively holding these two elements against rotation.

  • Patent number: 5339918
Abstract: An engine is disposed in a front portion of an automobile and has a crankshaft extending in a longitudinal direction of the automobile. A transmission is coupled to a rear end of the engine and a final speed reduction gear unit is disposed laterally of the engine and separate from the transmission. The output shaft of the transmission and the input shaft of the final speed reduction gear unit are interconnected by an intermediate transmission shaft. A steering mechanism for turning front wheels of the automobile includes a steering tie rod coupled to the front wheels and disposed downwardly of the intermediate shaft between the transmission and the final speed reducer gear unit. The engine includes a cylinder having an axis inclined from the vertical in a transverse direction of the automobile, the final speed reduction gear unit being disposed on the side of the engine away from which the axis of the cylinder is inclined.

  • Patent number: 5257675
Abstract: A power transmitting apparatus that includes an engine, a transmission disposed alongside of the engine in juxtaposed relation; and gears, a chain, a belt, or the like operatively coupling the output shaft of the engine and the input shaft of the transmission. The transmission comprises a countershaft-type transmission having, in addition to the input shaft, a countershaft and an output axis of rotation which extend parallel to the input shaft. The countershaft is disposed more closely to the engine than a plane which passes through the input shaft and the output axis of rotation of the transmission. Preferably, the output shaft of the engine and the input shaft of the transmission are operatively coupled with a resilient belt trained around a drive pulley coupled to the output shaft of the engine and a driven pulley coupled to the input shaft of the transmission.
