  • Patent number: 11974432
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor storage device includes a plurality of electrode films on a substrate, spaced from one another in a first direction. A charge storage film is provided on a side face the electrode films via a first insulating film. A semiconductor film is provided on a side face of the charge storage film via a second insulating film. The charge storage film includes a plurality of insulator regions contacting the first insulating film, a plurality of semiconductor or conductor regions provided between the insulator regions and another insulator region.

  • Patent number: 11922307
Abstract: With respect to an inference method performed by at least one processor, the method includes inputting, by the at least one processor, into a learned model, non-processed object image data of a second object and data related to a second process for the second object, and inferring, by the at least one processor using the learned model, processed object image data of the second object on which the second process has been performed. The learned model has been trained so that an output obtained in response to non-processed object image data of a first object and data related to a first process for the first object being input approaches processed object image data of the first object on which the first process has been performed.

  • Patent number: 8420724
Abstract: Disclosed are a cellulose resin composition and cellulose resin film which prevent deterioration in the retainability and have a superior moisture permeability. The cellulose resin composition comprising a cellulose resin and a (A) compound represented by following general formula (1). (wherein, n1 to n3 each represents a number of 1 to 3; and R1, R2 and R3 each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or an alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, provided that R1, R2 and R3 are not the same members at the same time). The cellulose resin film is obtained from this cellulose resin composition.

  • Patent number: 7348380
Abstract: A polyester plasticizer which is obtained by reacting a diol component (a) consisting of 100 parts by mole of 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, 10 to 1000 parts by mole of 3-methyl-1,5-pentanediol and 0 to 1000 parts by mole of other aliphatic diol with an organic dicarboxylic acid components (b) consisting of 100 parts by mole of adipic acid and 0 to 100 parts by mole of other organic dicarboxylic acid and a chain terminator (c) consisting of a monovalent aliphatic alcohol or a monovalent aliphatic organic acid and which has an average molecular weight of 500 to 5000. This plasticizer is excellent in plasticizing efficiency and can impart excellent oil resistance to synthetic resins such as chlorine-containing resins.
