The distal end portion includes a small diameter portion, a large diameter portion inside the inner coil body and the outer coil body further in the proximal end direction than the small diameter portion and having a larger diameter than that of the small diameter portion, and a tapered portion that increases in diameter from the small diameter portion toward the large diameter portion. A radiopaque marker is on an outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion. A gap is between the radiopaque marker and the inner coil body.
