    Abstract: A reservoir plate for dividing an inside of a transmission case into a differential chamber and a hydraulic oil storage chamber includes: a cylindrical portion covering a part of a differential gear; a flange portion radially extending from the cylindrical portion; and a differential ring surrounding portion extending from an outer circumferential edge of the flange portion so that a part of a differential ring gear is covered from above without interfering with a drive pinion gear. The cylindrical portion, the flange portion, and the differential ring surrounding portion are integrally formed with each other. A seal member is interposed between the transmission case and the outer circumferential edge of the flange portion at least in the range below the differential ring surrounding portion.
