  • Patent number: 10870342
Abstract: The vibration isolator includes: a first attachment member to be attached to one of a vibration generating unit or a vibration receiving unit; a second attachment member to be attached to another of the vibration generating unit or the vibration receiving unit; an elastic member that is provided at the second attachment member and elastically connects the first attachment member and the second attachment member; a convex portion protruded toward the first attachment member with reference to the outer surface of the elastic member opposed to the first attachment member; and a concave portion that is recessed at a region of the outer surface positioned on the base end side of the convex portion, that forms an extension portion at a side wall portion of the convex portion, and forms an opposed face opposed to the extension portion.

  • Patent number: 10487905
Abstract: An anti-vibration device (1) includes a tubular first attachment member (10), a second attachment member (20), an elastic body (70), and a separating member (50) that separates a liquid chamber in the first attachment member into a main liquid chamber (80) and a secondary liquid chamber (90). A membrane is held by the separating member, and the membrane and a diaphragm are formed integrally.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 8579269
Abstract: An engine mount structure includes: an engine bracket 1 mounted to an engine; and an anti-vibration device 2 having an outer tube 7 fixed to a vehicle body, an inner tube 6 to which a front end portion of the engine bracket is inserted and fitted, and a rubber elastic body 8 interposed between the outer tube and the inner tube, wherein an engine bracket insertion hole 9 provided to the inner tube is offset from the center L of a mounting portion of the inner tube mounted to the rubber elastic body, toward the engine bracket. Accordingly, the bracket extending from the engine is allowed to have a natural frequency departing as much as possible from a natural frequency of the engine, and simultaneously, a reduction in weight can be achieved.
