  • Patent number: 8223093
Abstract: An electro-optical device includes an element substrate having a first signal line; a second signal line extending in a second direction crossing the first signal line; a first field-effect transistor including a first semiconductor layer extending in a direction crossing the second direction; a second field-effect transistor including a second semiconductor layer extending in the direction crossing the second direction; a first pixel electrode is adjacent to a second pixel electrode. The first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer are displaced from each other in the second direction. An end of the first semiconductor layer facing toward the second pixel electrode is closer to the second pixel electrode than an end of the second semiconductor layer facing toward the first pixel electrode.

  • Publication number: 20120099067
Abstract: In a display region, pixel electrodes are arranged with a predetermined pitch in a matrix. Dummy pixel electrodes provided in a dummy display region surrounding the display region are formed from the same layer as the pixel electrodes, and are arranged in an island shape so as to have the same size and pitch as the pixel electrodes. The dummy pixel electrodes are connected to each other via a wire positioned under the pixel electrodes.

  • Publication number: 20120091479
Abstract: Pixel electrodes having reflectivity are arranged at a predetermined pitch in a matrix form on an effective display region on an opposed surface of an element substrate. A first conductive pattern which is formed by the same layer as the pixel electrodes is provided on an ineffective display region which is at an outer side with respect to the effective display region and at an inner side with respect to a sealing region when seen from the above. A second conductive pattern which is formed by the same layer as the pixel electrodes is provided on the sealing region. An area density of the second conductive pattern is smaller than an area density of the first conductive pattern when seen from the above.

  • Patent number: 7868989
Abstract: In a mounting structure in which a component is mounted on a substrate, substrate-side first wirings, substrate-side first terminals formed in a mounting area where the component is mounted on the substrate, substrate-side second terminals formed in the mounting area and substrate-side second wirings are disposed over the substrate. Component-side first terminals and component-side second terminals are provided to the component.

  • Publication number: 20090225268
Abstract: There is provided a mounting structure in which a component is mounted on a substrate. In the mounting structure, substrate-side first wirings, substrate-side first terminals formed in a mounting area where the component is mounted on the substrate, substrate-side second terminals formed in the mounting area and substrate-side second wirings are disposed over the substrate. Component-side first terminals and component-side second terminals are provided to the component. The substrate-side first wirings and the substrate-side second wirings extend in a first direction. The substrate-side first terminals are connected to corresponding substrate-side first wirings, and the substrate-side second terminals are connected to corresponding substrate-side second wirings. The substrate-side second wirings pass between corresponding adjacent two substrate-side first wirings and between corresponding adjacent two substrate-side first terminals.
