  • Publication number: 20240070767
Abstract: In the information processing device according to the present disclosure, when the lease contract period of the new vehicle expires, the control unit calculates and outputs the settlement amount based on the first table. In the information processing device according to the present disclosure, when the lease contract period of the used vehicle expires, the control unit calculates and outputs the settlement amount based on the second table. The first table stores a first reduction value associated with the assessment for each pre-partitioned item relating to a defect in the vehicle. The second table stores, for each item that is the same as the first table, a second reduction value related to the assessment. Among the second reduction values stored in the second table, the second reduction value of the first item is set to a value smaller than the first reduction value.

  • Publication number: 20180314988
Abstract: A vehicle allocation system includes: a communication terminal; and a plurality of vehicles each including a key lock mechanism and configured to communicate with the communication terminal and to perform autonomous driving. A first vehicle unlocks and locks the key lock mechanism when (i) the first vehicle and a second vehicle are on standby in a line at a pick-up site, (ii) the first vehicle is positioned at a first position, (iii) the second vehicle is positioned at a second position, and (v) the communication terminal receives an input that indicates an arrival of an user corresponding to the second vehicle at the pick-up site.

  • Publication number: 20140029564
Abstract: Provided is a communication system that can set, in an RLC layer, an RLC STATUS PDU without depending on the resource allocation of each of a plurality of LCHs and with the latest data state and that can generate an RLC data PDU. In this system, an RLC unit (RLC layer) (120) receives, from a MAC unit (MAC layer) (110), a total radio resource size together with the allocated radio resource size of each logic channel (LCH). Further, the RLC unit (RLC layer) (120) refers to the allocated size of each LCH and sets transport data of each LCH within the range of the total radio resource size.

  • Patent number: 8389211
Abstract: A method for highly sensitive determination of a target substance by means of an aptamer includes: causing an aptamer capable of specific binding with a target substance to bind competitively with said target substance and a nucleic acid strand having a base sequence complementary to at least a portion of said target substance, detecting at least either of the physical change and the chemical change that results from said aptamer binding with said nucleic acid strand, and determining said target substance based on the result of detection.

  • Patent number: 6793116
Abstract: A solder ball achieves a desired quantity of solder material for a solder joint easily without increasing the thickness of a solder layer formed to cover a core. The solder ball comprises a conductive core having depressions on its outer surface, and a solder layer formed to cover the outer surface of the core in such a way as to fill the depressions of the core. Thus, the quantity of the solder material included in the ball is supplemented by the solder material filled into the depressions. Preferably, the core has a higher melting point than the solder layer and wettability to the solder layer. The core may have a cavity in its inside, thereby forming a shell-shaped core. The core may be made of a porous metal body having pores, in which part of the pores reaches the outer surface of the core, thereby forming the depressions.
