  • Publication number: 20240400247
Abstract: To provide a temperature indicator manufacturing system and a temperature indicator manufacturing method that reduce the labor and cost of management associated with temperature indicator manufacture. The temperature indicator manufacturing system includes: a marking device 12 that marks a base material with a temperature detecting material containing a matrix material and a temperature indicating material including at least a leuco dye, a color developer, and a decolorant; and an adhesive application device 13 that applies an adhesive onto the temperature detecting material provided as marking on the base material, wherein the adhesive is applied in a state where the temperature detecting material provided as the marking on the base material is solidified, and solidified before the temperature detecting material provided as the marking on the base material is liquefied.

  • Publication number: 20180291221
Abstract: In an ink for an inkjet printer of an electrostatic charging control type, the ink including a resin, a pigment, a conductive agent, and a solvent, for the resin, one that contains carboxyl groups or hydroxyl groups is used. Thus, an ink print applied to a material including a large quantity of a plasticizer can be made stable over a prolonged period of time without subjecting the ink print to an ultraviolet irradiation or other special treatments.

  • Patent number: 9211698
Abstract: The visibility of a printing object using a photo-curable ink is improved. A charge control type ink jet printer includes a nozzle which continuously forms ink droplets, a charging electrode which charges each of the ink droplets, a deflection electrode which deflects the charged ink droplet, and a print head which discharges the deflected ink droplet to print the droplet onto a printed substrate. The print head has a UV light source. The UV light source has a focusing member which focuses UV light onto at least part of a flying path of the ink droplet between the print head and the printed substrate and onto a landed region of the printed substrate, and a light emission source.
