  • Patent number: 11923320
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor die having a top side surface comprising a semiconductor material including circuitry therein having bond pads connected to nodes in the circuitry, a bottom side surface, and sidewall surfaces between the top side surface and the bottom side surface. A metal coating layer including a bottom side metal layer is over the bottom side surface that extends continuously to a sidewall metal layer on the sidewall surfaces. The sidewall metal layer defines a sidewall plane that is at an angle from 10° to 60° relative to a normal projected from a bottom plane defined by the bottom side metal layer.

  • Patent number: 7567793
Abstract: A user sends a request signal to a delivery management server 60 by utilizing a mobile station 10 in response to a broadcast service provided by a broadcast station 70. The request signal includes a music song ID of music song data segments which the user wants to be delivered and also an address of the destination to which the music song data segments be delivered. Upon the receipt of the request signal, the delivery management server 60 returns, in the case of unpopular songs, the music song data segments and a decrypting key for decrypting the data segments, and on the other hand, it returns, in the case of popular songs, only the decrypting key to the mobile station 10 or a STB 40.

  • Patent number: 7088952
Abstract: Program guide information of the program to be broadcast by the broadcast station 1 is reserved in the EPG server 15 of the center station 11. The EPG server 15 retrieves for each user, the program satisfying the conditions such as the category of the program registered in the personal information database 16, and then transmits the guide information of the retrieved programs to the portable telephone 14 of a user who has set the conditions, via the communication network 10. Thereby, even if the user is outside the home, if there is a program satisfying the conditions specified by the user, the user can obtain the information concerning the program by utilizing the portable telephone 14. Then, the user can instruct, with reference to the obtained program information, a recording operation from the portable telephone 14 to the VTR 6 in the home 12.

  • Publication number: 20010039301
Abstract: An oil ink for stencil printing includes oil solvent, a structural viscosity imparting material and a resin component. The resin component includes solid resin not lower than 1 in hexane tolerance and/or alkyd resin 60 to 90 in oil length and not larger than 80 in iodine value. The viscosity of the oil ink is in the range of 10 Pa·s to 50 Pa·s (at the shear rate of 10/s).

  • Patent number: 5902388
Abstract: An emulsion ink for stencil printing is provided, which is high in transparency and does not hide previously a printed pattern when it is overlaid or printed on the pattern so as to facilitate multicolor printing with conventional stencil printing machines. The emulsion ink comprises an oil phase and a water phase and contains in the oil phase a coloring pigment together with an extending pigment that is insoluble in the oil phase, in which the ink has an optical density value of 1.0 or more as measured by a reflection densitometer when the ink is applied and dried in a thickness of 50 .mu.m onto a transparent sheet placed on a black standard board, and in which the ink has an optical density value of 0.7 or less as measured by the reflection densitometer when the transparent sheet is placed on a white standard board. Preferably, the coloring pigment constitutes 0.02 to 1%, and the extending pigment constitutes 1 to 5% by weight, of the total weight of the ink.

  • Patent number: 5853466
Abstract: A medium for water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion ink for stencil printing is provided, which is useful for diluting the emulsion ink to obtain a transparent and pale color ink without lowering viscosity of the ink. The medium is a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion comprising an oil phase and a water phase, in which the medium contains an extending pigment in the oil phase but is free from coloring pigments. The medium preferably has an optical density value of 1.4 or more as measured by a reflection densitometer when the medium is applied and dried in a thickness of 50 .mu.m onto a transparent sheet placed on a black standard board, and has 32 or less of flow value in one minute as measured by a spreadometer. The extending pigment preferably constitutes 1 to 5% by weight of the total weight of the medium, and may be inorganic fine particles or organic fine particles that are insoluble in said oil phase. The inorganic fine particles may be those subjected to lipophilic treatment.
