  • Publication number: 20110191688
Abstract: A server apparatus provides groupware functions by storing data to be attached to an image object in correspondence with a window on which image object is to be displayed at a client terminal so that all data attached to the image object are storable regardless of any one of a plurality of windows on which the image object is displayed. The server apparatus inherits and stores data attached to an image object moved or copied at the client terminal, in correspondence with the user data attached to a seat image to which the image object is moved or copied and a second window that is specified by the user data attached to the seat image and displayed at the client terminal, in response to an update request from the client terminal.

  • Patent number: 4695834
Abstract: A data processing device for writing various kinds of rule data easily and rapidly in a pixel image memory. Rule pattern store means stores a plurality of kinds of rule patterns in the line direction and a plurality of kinds of rules in the digit direction, the line and digit directions respectively being associated with those of an image data store area of the pixel image memory. Means is provided for selecting one of the rule patterns stored in the rule pattern store means and moving it to the pixel image memory. In response to a command entered through an input device, desired one of the rule patterns is selected and only a desired length of the selected rule pattern is moved.

  • Patent number: 4555191
Abstract: A method of reducing the size of a character font in a word processor or an office computer. Digitized font data representative of a character font is constructed in a dot matrix consisting of a plurality of rows in an X direction and a plurality of columns in a Y direction perpendicular to the X direction. The first row of dots in the X direction is divided into a plurality of blocks and each block is provided with a ONE or a ZERO depending upon the number of dots included therein. The first row is shifted one dot to the left in the X direction to form a shifted row. The shifted row is divided into a plurality of blocks and each of these blocks is provided with a ONE or a ZERO depending upon the number of dots included therein. ANDs of the respective logical values of the shifted and non-shifted rows in the Y direction are computed to obtain a ONE or ZERO block by block.
