  • Publication number: 20120255609
Abstract: A solar cell module includes: a solar cell; a protection plate having transparency and disposed on a light receiving side of the solar cell; and a wavelength conversion layer converting a wavelength of light and disposed between the solar cell and the protection plate. The wavelength conversion layer includes a particle, which is dispersed in the wavelength conversion layer. The particle absorbs light having a predetermined wavelength. The particle includes an element as a light emission center for emitting light having a wavelength larger than absorbed light.

  • Publication number: 20120247536
Abstract: A solar cell module includes a plurality of solar cells, a wavelength conversion layer, and a translucent protection plate. The solar cells are arranged in a plane direction. The wavelength conversion layer is disposed at a light-receiving side of the solar cells to convert a wavelength of light. The protection plate is disposed at a light-receiving side of the wavelength conversion layer. The protection plate has an inclined reflection surface at an end thereof to reflect light, which travels inside of the protection plate to the end of the protection plate, toward the solar cells.

  • Publication number: 20080053643
Abstract: A surface polyaniline layer comprising a polyaniline and/or a derivative thereof capable of generating active oxygen or hydrogen peroxide upon the reaction with the water component in external air that comes in contact therewith, is formed on at least a portion of the outermost surface of a base body constituting tubes and/or fins, wherein a benzenoid/quinoid ratio in the surface polyaniline layer (defined as a ratio of an absorbancy of the benzenoid structure to an absorbancy of the quinoid structure in the polyaniline and/or the derivative thereof) is in a range of about 0.5 to about 3.0.

  • Patent number: 7175914
Abstract: In a heat exchanger having tubes and fins, a polyaniline film made of polyaniline and/or a derivative thereof is formed on the surfaces of the tubes and the fins. This polyaniline film is imparted with at least one hydrophilic functional group selected from the class consisting of a primary amino group, a secondary amino group, a tertiary amino group, an ammonium group, a nitric acid group, a carboxyl group, a sulfonic acid group, a phosphonic acid group and a hydroxyl group. Accordingly, the surfaces of the tubes and the fins has good water wettability while maintaining deodorizing and sterilizing functions.

  • Patent number: 6899166
Abstract: On the surface of a heat exchanging portion in a heat exchanger, a film made of a polyaniline is formed. When the heat exchanger operates, condensed water is adhered on the surface of the heat exchanger, and contacts the film made of the polyaniline. Accordingly, oxygen dissolved in the condensed water becomes active oxygen by the polyaniline, and organic substances contained in the condensed water is decomposed. Thus, an amount of organic substances attached to a surface of the heat exchanger can be reduced in low cost without equipment extension.
