A third evaluation unit configured to evaluate the behavior from an objective viewpoint is further included. The determination unit performs the determination using a third evaluation result in the third evaluation. The present technology may be applied to an information processing device that determines a self-behavior in consideration of benefits or moral codes of other systems.
