Abstract: A help creation support apparatus includes: an identification unit to identify a operational component included in a graphical interface based on source code of the graphical interface; a generation unit to generate management information including identification information that represents the identified operational component; a storage unit to store the management information; an input unit to input a help corresponding to the operational component to be added to the management information stored in the storage unit for identification information; and a file creation unit to create a file in which the help corresponding to the operational component is stored based on management information to which the help is added.

Abstract: There is provided an interrogator, transponder, and transponder identification method, which shorten processing time for identification. An interrogator that makes wireless communication with a transponder, comprising: a temporary number specify section that transmits a request for transmission of a unit bit string as a bit string having a predetermined length in a bit string expressing a temporary number owned by the transponder, receives a unit bit sting transmitted from the transponder in response to the request, and specifies the temporary number of the transponder, based on the unit bit string; and an identification information obtaining section that transmits, if a temporary number of a transponder is specified by the temporary number specify section, a request for transmission of identification information of the transponder to the transponder, and receives the identification information transmitted from the transponder, in response to the request.

Abstract: A circulation management system is provided that includes an object identification tag attached to an object for identifying the object; multiple interrogator antennas for detecting the object identification tag, the interrogator antennas being provided for corresponding destinations to which the object is circulated; and a management apparatus to which the interrogator antennas are connected. The management apparatus is configured to determine by which one of the interrogator antennas the object identification tag is detected, thereby determining that the object having the object identification tag attached thereto belongs to one of the destinations for which the one of the interrogator antennas is provided. A table is provided in which the correspondence between the object identification tag and the object is recorded, and the object whose circulation status is managed by attaching the object identification tag thereto is identified by referring to the table.
