The first fixture fixes the rotating plate to the top plate or releases the rotating plate from being fixed to the top plate in a state of protruding in front of the top plat. The second fixture fixes the rotating plate to the top plate or releases the rotating plate from being fixed to the top plate in a state of being retreated below the top plate. The slide plate protrudes in front of the top plate or is retreated below the top plate by sliding in parallel to the top plate.
