  • Publication number: 20140102533
Abstract: The invention provides a polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PVDF) film in which a crystal structure determined from an absorbance by an infrared absorption spectrum is such that a proportion of a ?-type crystal is 10% or more based on the sum total of an ?-type crystal and the ?-type crystal, further preferably a film whose tensile modulus in TD at 120° C. is 90 MPa or less, or a film in which a ratio of its tensile modulus in TD at a temperature of 100° C. to its tensile modulus in TD at a temperature of 23° C. is 4% or less, in particular an extruded film, a backsheet for solar cell module, which comprises the film, and a production process of the film, which comprises quenching a PVDF sheet-shaped material melt-extruded at 5 to 70° C. and preferably then subjecting the quenched material to a heat treatment.

  • Publication number: 20120076984
Abstract: A biaxially oriented poly(arylene sulfide) resin film formed from a resin composition including a syndiotactic polystyrene resin by a ratio of from 0.1 to 30 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of a poly(arylene sulfide) resin, which has a center line average roughness Ra in the range of from 0.01 to 0.09 ?m and a maximum height Rmax of 1.0 ?m or less, a static friction coefficient of 1.00 or less and a kinetic friction coefficient of 0.70 or less, and a process for the production of the same.

  • Patent number: 6746762
Abstract: A film selectively permeable to carbon dioxide gas which includes chitosan having a degree of deacetylation of 70 mol % or higher and in which the ratio of the carbon dioxide gas transmission (CO2TR) to the oxygen gas transmission (O2TR), (CO2TR/O2TR), is 15 or higher and a food packaging film made from such a film. The films are insoluble in water, are highly safe from the standpoint of food hygiene, and have such selective gas permeability that the ratio of carbon dioxide gas transmission to oxygen gas transmission is high, which can be economically obtained.

  • Patent number: 5506297
Abstract: Resin compositions, melt-extruded articles, oriented articles and packaging materials for foods obtained from these articles are disclosed. The resin composition includes: (a) from 40 to 80% by weight of a PVA (A) having a degree of saponification of from 60 to 95 mole % by weight, (b) from 5 to 40% by weight of EVOH (B), (c) from 1 to 15% by weight of a thermoplastic resin (C) having a softening temperature not higher than 130.degree. C. and (d) from 5 to 15% by weight of a PEG (D), the total of (A), (B), (C) and (D) being 100% by weight.
