    Abstract: A laser processing machine includes a processing head having a sensor, and a control unit to which a signal from the sensor is inputted. The control unit determines, by the signal, whether a drive shaft for the processing head needs to be adjusted. When the drive shaft is a state of needing adjustment, the control unit informs a display unit that the drive shaft is in a state of needing adjustment, and adjusts the drive shaft for the processing head by comparing data of a signal from the sensor with prestored data obtained during normal operation, in a different process than a laser processing process.

The process control apparatus includes: a calculator that, based on the magnitude of an output of the laser beam that changes during the laser processing, calculates a change amount of a positional deviation of the focus position in an optical axis direction that changes during the laser processing at a laser beam radiation position; and a control unit that, based on the change amount of the positional deviation that has been calculated by the calculator, controls the focus position of the laser beam during the laser processing so as to resolve the positional deviation of the focus position.

    Abstract: The control apparatus for a three dimensional laser working machine teaches a tip position and an attitude of a nozzle and carries out working based on the teaching in a three-dimensional laser working machine having a head structure that a working point does not change when a rotational axis and an attitude axis are rotated. A nozzle direction vector is calculated from current angles of a rotational axis (14) and an attitude axis (16). An angle that the attitude axis (16) changes for constant time is calculated. An angle through which the rotational axis (14) is to be rotated is calculated so that X and Y directions of the nozzle direction vector are kept constant according to an angle change amount of the attitude axis (16), and the rotation of the rotational axis (14) is controlled by the calculated angle.
