    Abstract: The present invention relates to a heterocyclic compound represented by the formula, ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl or phenyl group; R.sub.2 is a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl or haloalkyl group; R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl or phenyl group, each of R.sub.4 and R.sub.5, which may be the same or different, is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; each of Y's, which may be the same or different, is a hydrogen or halogen atom, or an alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxyl or haloalkoxyl group; R.sub.6 is an alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, haloalkenyl, alkynyl, haloalkynyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl or cycloalkyl group, or ##STR2## (in which each of V's, which may be the same or different, is a hydrogen or halogen atom, or an alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxyl or haloalkoxyl group); Z is an oxygen or sulfur atom; and each of m and n is an integer of 1 to 5 and the production method of same. Said compound is useful as an insecticidal, acaricidal and fungicidal agents.
