The attachment portion 61 has an insertion portion 62 that enables the sheathing material 21 to be inserted therefrom in a radial direction of the ring-shaped structure. The attachment portion 61 can be changed between an open orientation that enables the sheathing material to be inserted from the insertion portion 62, and a closed orientation that makes the ring-shaped structure into a continuous ring shape.
